I recently tried colon hydrotherapy for the first time, and overall, it was a surprisingly positive experience. I was initially hesitant, but the staff Nurse Bhavia made me feel very comfortable and explained the entire process thoroughly, which helped ease my nerves. The procedure itself was a little strange at first, but not painful or overly uncomfortable. The clinic was clean, calming, and professional, and the technician stayed nearby the entire time to ensure I felt okay. I appreciated how respectful and discreet they were throughout. After the session, I felt noticeably lighter and less bloated. My digestion improved over the next few days, and I had more energy. While it's hard to say how much is physical versus psychological, I genuinely felt refreshed. That said, it’s not a miracle cure. You still need to eat well and stay hydrated. It’s not for everyone, and I recommend talking to a doctor first—especially if you have any medical conditions. Overall, if you're curious and in good health, it’s worth trying at a reputable clinic with experienced practitioners. I’m glad I did it and would consider going back occasionally for maintenance.

I recently visited the center for a hydrocolonic procedure and I’m very happy with the experience. Everything was clean, professional, and well-organized. I had a wonderful nurse named Louia — she was incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the session. I use to come here when I lived in Dubai during 2021 and 2022. I would come for regular abhyanga massage that really helped me to de stress at the weekends. I am here now on a visit and I wanted to come back because I remember the good experience I had. Today I had another abhyanga massage as I like to have one before I fly to calm the vata element in me. The masseuse was very good at pinpointing the areas that needed attention. Tomorrow I will have some reflexology. I would highly recommend these types of services here. Ooo and they serve tea after which I love this added touch
