I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Rasha Elkattawy. After just one session, I saw results that I had never seen before, something I had never experienced with any other treatments. Dr. Elkattawy is not only highly skilled, but also incredibly pleasant and friendly. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, which made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. My experience with this doctor Rasha, was extremely disappointing. She was rude, unprofessional, and showed no patience or interest in helping me. She even complained about the way I speak, saying I was too loud and mentioning that she wears ear protectors — something completely inappropriate to say to a patient. She didn’t take the time to answer my questions or offer any guidance. When she realized I wouldn’t proceed with a procedure, because I really didn’t understand, she abruptly ended the consultation, saying she had another client to attend to. She also made negative remarks about my previous doctor, which I found very unprofessional. Despite all this, she still charged me 200 AED for the consultation, even though most clinics offer initial evaluations for free. I left feeling very upset — even cried after the appointment. Because I felt that she only cares about the money!!! I’m sharing this review so that others can avoid going through the same experience. I sent a message to her, and she didn’t reply. Sadly, it felt like she cared more about money than about treating her patients with respect. So please, don’t waste your time and money.

Dr Rasha is the most professional aesthetic surgeon understanding customers needs and requirements.. she induces the treatment organically into patients and make it look natural, beautiful and worthwhile…my overall experience was excellent and i would definetly recommend her to everyone whose trying to recreate magic
