I recently had a consultation with Dr. Godrick and was very impressed by the experience. The doctor listened attentively and, for the first time in my 13 years of living in the UAE, I met a doctor who asked many detailed questions to truly understand the problem. I would also like to thank the reception team, who kindly managed to reduce the waiting time for my laboratory results from 72 hours to just 24 hours. Their efficiency and care were truly remarkable. The clinic shows outstanding dedication to patients, with genuine care and a very personalized approach. Highly recommended!

The nurse was incredibly skillful and took her time with every step, explaining the process clearly and making sure I was comfortable throughout. The results were amazing my face is now glowing and radiant! The reception team was very warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. A special mention to Dr. Marc, the owner, who genuinely ensures that every patient feels at home. His presence and attention to detail make a real difference you can tell the clinic is run with care and passion. I’ll definitely be coming back. I had a delightful and very informative visit to the German Clinic! Dr Samia did a wonderful job with my hydrafacial and she is also a dermatologist who gave me great advice and follow up on other skin issues I had questions about. The manager and the receptionist were very nice. My husband enjoyed talking to other doctors while he waited.

I really appreciated the kind gesture of receiving a complimentary facial for my birthday, it was thoughtful and made me genuinely look forward to visiting the clinic. However, the experience fell apart before I even arrived. The Google location they provided is completely incorrect, it's about 16 minutes away on foot from their actual address, and 6 minutes by car. I had already exited my taxi at the pinned location, only to find out I was nowhere near the clinic. This happened during Dubai summer, in 42°C heat, which made it even worse. No update, no correction, no alternative directions were shared in advance. I ended up cancelling my appointment on the spot because if this is how things are handled before even walking in, I honestly didn’t want to find out how the rest of the service would go. Disappointed, and unfortunately won’t be rebooking.

It was such a pleasure interacting with Trisha, the receptionist! Her warm welcome and proactive approach to my questions made the whole experience so smooth. And that ever-present smile was truly lovely. I also want to give a special mention to Doctor Shabia. She was so easy to talk to and her deep understanding of my skin issue was evident. Fantastic service all around!
