Had a wonderful experience at Cocoage Aesthetic Clinic as always. Its equipped with the latest technology & was impressed in their cozy & relaxing interior. From the day 1, I was greeted with warmth & professionalism. The receptionists & rest of the staffs were friendly, efficient, & were welcoming, & felt completely comfortable throughout every session of my treatment. Im still in process of improving my skin but I'm happy so far, my skin looks & feels amazing!

I booked it.1st they send me some copy paste msgs.i felt I'm talking to a robot.next day a girl called me I asked what is the procedure.she told me round n round.mainly no needle involved.then I went there.they took 210 AED rapidly.they took the money because they know may be later, people will not give the money.a girl took me to this room.her main fozus was on future.you need this and that.tear plan in 37k AED. products and procedure we 'will" use.not talking about what we are going to use today what we will do "today" they have made pretty fancy office.hired fancy girls so they can scam in fancy way.she fod not bother to give me any better treatment in the current date she beautifully ignore half of my face.i asked her should I remove my scarf.she said no need.she was messy.ruined my scarf 🧣. Just applying gel cream cleanser.icing. then she put a masl on my face which was heavy and tilted.she said it will be on for 10 mins it will change its light itself and she went after 70 secs.it was off ...no light nothing.and I removed.it gave me scar on nose.after treatment my sink was Sooper dry and pathetic.when I do facial in hoom, I look way better than this. Disgusting place. No respect for customers and no quality work. 1. I came expecting another procedure. They made me pay before the procedure and then did a procedure I didn't need. 2. Blonde manager not respecting and be ready they will not listen you . I asked to do special procedures for me but they answered “ This is not a salon where you can run in and do one procedure that you want. You are required to do a complex of care" and they calculated this complex for me at 37,000 dirhams 3. Be prepared that no matter how much money you have, if you do not want to take their set of procedures, they will emphasize that you are a person without money. 4. To the question “why did you do a procedure for me that was not the one I asked for?” I received the answer “what did you think they would do for you here for pennies?” Although initially I did not set a price, I asked how much the procedure cost and what I needed.
