I’m writing on behalf of my nephew who visited the men’s section, and as his aunt I’m shocked at how poorly he was treated. Sloppy nail service, refusal to honor a discount we’ve always used for many years and trying to make him feel uncomfortable for asking for the discount. Add to that the constant product pushing after he repeatedly said no, and what should have been a simple, relaxing visit turned into an uncomfortable and embarrassing experience. My family has supported this salon since day one, but if this is how loyal clients are treated, it’s clear the focus is no longer on service but on squeezing customers and that’s truly disappointing. FYI men usually aren’t bothered to complain, they just don’t bother going there. But I want to make sure that I send this message across especially that I was the one who insisted it was a great place. I am mistaken.
