Both Dr. Shams Tabrez Siddique and Dr. Sharon Suzanne George are extremely professional and very articulate in explaining every step of the process. They took the time to clearly explain my treatment plan, what to expect at each stage, and patiently answered all my questions. I really appreciate how detail-oriented and caring they are—it makes me feel confident and comfortable throughout the procedure. The clinic itself is clean, organized, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place if you’re considering braces or any dental procedure. My husband’s case was not a simple one because his teeth were not aligned properly, but from the very beginning, the doctors gave us confidence and hope that it could be fixed. Special thanks to Dr. Shams Tabrez Siddiqui (Orthodontist & Specialist Implantologist, Managing Director) who patiently explained every single treatment option in detail. He made sure we understood the full treatment plan and gave us the proper solutions step by step. What stands out the most is how genuinely he cares about his patients. he wants every single one to be happy until the very end of their treatment. He shares all his knowledge and gives his best to ensure patients get the most effective outcome.☺️ We also had our first consultation with Dr. Sharon Suzanne George (Orthodontist), who carefully checked my husband’s condition and suggested practical solutions for his case. She was very thorough and approachable, which made the process much easier for us.🫶🏻 The reception team has also been very helpful in booking our appointments and providing everything we needed for our insurance reimbursement.☺️ Both doctors and the entire team are articulate, highly professional, and genuinely care about their patients. I had amazing results from the body filler treatment at Covent Clinic. The staff is incredibly welcoming, and they made me feel so cared for throughout the entire process.
