I had been a regular client at this clinic for laser hair removal, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. During my sixth session, I developed burn marks due to incorrect laser settings. Despite informing the technician multiple times that it was burning, she refused to adjust the settings. To add to this, she gave me broken protective goggles and did not change eye protection while doing my face — a serious safety lapse. When I raised this concern with the clinic, instead of taking accountability, they blamed it on tanning — which was completely untrue, as I had no sun exposure prior to my session. I also consulted their doctor, who confirmed that if the marks didn’t fade within 2 months, a peeling treatment would be done free of cost. Later, the clinic backtracked on this and offered a package instead — prioritizing revenue over responsibility. It’s disappointing to see a clinic disregard client safety and consistency in service. There’s a good chance these marks may fade over time, but the way this entire situation was handled ensures I won’t be returning here, nor recommending them to anyone. Customer care and basic safety protocols should never be compromised in a professional setup like this. Sadly, both were lacking here.

Booked a package of 6 sessions. Went 4 times and only had one good experience. I booked a tattoo removal in June last year, during my second session the doctor that attended to me burned my skin so bad it took more than 6 months to heal. I’m pretty sure the doctors don’t know what they’re doing as they keep changing them every other month. On my 4th session last week, I was told they no longer do tattoo removals and I have to convert my final 3 sessions into one (a facial or teeth cleaning) I chose teeth cleaning..worst decision of my day. The doctor was just messing about my teeth, hurting me, didn’t clean a thing. If I didn’t fuss and try to stand up, maybe I’d have lost a tooth. Their customer service is also below par. I would not recommend at all

I had a really great experience at this dental clinic! The staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. A special thanks to Karam, Sarah, and Rasha for being so kind and helpful throughout my visits—they really made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. And I can't say enough good things about Dr. Marwa! She is hands down the best doctor I've ever had—thorough, gentle, and extremely knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent dental care in a warm and professional environment.
