Amazing salon that I have been dealing with for years, same level of services quality, staff friendliness and efficiency and cleanliness and hygiene. I have never left the salon disappointed. Especially for my hair because of my hair's and scalp's sensitive condition i do not let anyone deal with it; EXECPT for (FIFI) who handles my hair professionally and with special care. She knows exactly what my hair needs from shampooing to conditioning to rinsing and styling beautifully, plus making me absolutely comfortable with the condition of my hair. She is always friendly, smiley and kind. THANK YOU FIFI for making my hair always look stunning and fresh all the time. Moreover, if we talk eyelashes, its (STEFANIE) she is a great lashes stylist that does whats perfect for you and the best part, lashes stays long. Last but not least (ROWENA) my favorite mani pedi specialist who is always charming and makes my nails super pretty. Thank you girls for always make me beautiful..

I had an incredible experience at this salon. I booked a deep tissue massage with hot stones and was lucky enough to have Rina as my masseuse. She was absolutely brilliant – attentive, professional, and extremely skilled. She knew exactly the right amount of pressure to use and worked out all the tension I’d been carrying. The hot stones were the perfect finishing touch, and I can honestly say it was the best massage I have ever had. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and like a new person. Highly recommend Rina if you want a top-quality massage experience!

Usually I was satisfied with a work done by the staff in Ladies First salon. I don't visit it often as I live already too far. My favorite manicure specialist is Rove, her work was perfection. So, before I left a positive comment about a hairdresser Ms Naghmana while I was still in the salon and under pressure that it should be positive only! and even the receptionist informed me that it's not allowed to take photos in the salon even for reviews which is weird and suspicious.. I was allowed to take 1 photo of salon and they took a photo of my wet haircut from the back because I didn't like it in the front and I hoped that styling it at home I'll be able to fix it.. But I'm still not satisfied because it's too short and it's a different haircut! Previously I sent inspiration photos of a round, layered haircut in WhatsApp and they replied that they can do that. In the salon I showed photos again and explained that I need layers because after bleaching my hair is not curly enough but also not straight so layered haircut should fix it, asked to leave the length especially in the front! But the length in the front is totally removed and she left the length in the back only.. Usually I don't care so much about hair but this time I'm already really disappointed because I explained really well, you just should be attentive what your client needs! And don't push clients to leave positive comments about your salon while they're still in euphoria in the salon! And stop calling me! You even didn't try to reply under my comment like any other respectful organization! I have right for a truthful feedback! Photos and screenshots are attached! Care more about the result what your client needs, truthful feedbacks and work on your mistakes maybe then your salon will stop shrinking in size! I really don't know what to do with this old style haircut which I didn't ask for, it'll grow back to the inspiration photo maybe in a year! P. S.: also I didn't like the entrance to the building, lobby, dark elevators and smell.. Reception of the tower in the lobby is absolutely unprofessional! They are eating, sleeping there, noise of their games I heard from M floor, no more comments.. At least they know the location of your salon because there are no any signs of it with the location. So, as I told.. I have right and I'm tired to leave salons trying to avoid conflicts and thinking that I can fix my hair somehow.. Why should I do that?! If I already informed very detailed, we pay more than enough for salons in Dubai!! But I can't find a hairdresser who can really listen and just do what I asked for even with photos!! but not agree to do that just because you want to earn money! If you don't know how to make such haircut just admit you don't have idea, that you know old style haircuts and don't want to learn anything new and don't have any vision what haircut to what face would be better.. Trust is totally lost!

I had an excellent experience at Ladies First Beauty Salon. Ms. Zahida is a true professional—her deep cleansing facial was done with expert care and attention. Her massage techniques were very effective; my face felt lighter, more contoured, and truly refreshed after the session. She made the entire experience feel luxurious and relaxing. Ms. Rowena is also highly professional and extremely kind. Her head and shoulder massage was deeply relaxing, and she carried it out with a gentle, calming presence that made me feel completely at ease. Both ladies are skilled professionals who clearly know what they’re doing. I felt well taken care of, and I will definitely return. Highly recommended!.
