From our very first visit, we already felt this was the right place. We first visited the Deira Branch for his consultation. Since my husband’s case is quite complicated, the doctors gave us several treatment plan options, not just one solution, which made us feel very confident and well-guided.☺️ We met Dr. Divya for the general consultation, who explained everything very clearly. Dr. Sharon also recommended a suitable plan with great guidance. But most of all, we are so grateful to Dr. Shams, who gave my husband the confidence and hope he needed. The way he explained how my husband’s teeth can be improved, and how it will even change the way he looks, truly gave us peace of mind and excitement to start the treatment.💖 The reception team was very accommodating and welcomed us warmly, and the nurses were also amazing & always assisting us with so much care and kindness. Every visit felt comfortable and reassuring because of their support. Overall, we are beyond satisfied with our experience. I had an excellent experience at Crossroads Dental Clinic in Deira. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional and welcoming. Special thanks to Dr. Shams, the clinic manager, for the thorough discussion and detailed evaluation—he really took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. Also, a big appreciation to Dr. Divya, the GP dentist who performed my dental hygiene procedure. She was incredibly kind, gentle, and attentive, making the whole experience very comfortable. I would also like to thank the dental assistant, who was very helpful and made the process smooth and pleasant, even though I didn’t catch her name.
