a week agoThe facial was excellent. The esthetician was patient and thorough, taking the time to explain every product she used. However, upon arrival, the receptionist seemed a bit impatient, especially when I was looking for my Emirates ID. Despite this, I was overall very satisfied with my experience.

a month agoHorrible experience I came in for a full face laser treatment, something I’ve done before without any issues. But this time, I left with part of my face AND hairline visibly burnt. I noticed it immediately and brought it to the nurse’s attention. Instead of acknowledging the damage, she completely dismissed my concern — laughed in my face — and acted like I was imagining it. No apology, no accountability. When I went to the reception for help, the staff literally stared at me blankly, like no one had any clue what to do or who was in charge. They offered zero assistance or reassurance, as if this kind of incident was just a normal part of their day. This clinic is unprofessional, careless, and clearly lacks basic customer care or safety standards..
