From the moment I entered, I was welcomed with a warm smile by Surumi, the receptionist. She has a very good character—extremely polite, helpful, and professional. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The doctors and medical staff were also very kind and knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and provided great care.
