Pearl Dental Clinic – Jumeirah

Dr. Khalid truly saved my teeth and my smile. I can’t thank him enough for the level of care, patience, and professionalism he brings to his work. From the very first appointment, it was clear that he genuinely puts his patients’ best interests first. He took the time to explain every step, made sure I was comfortable, and never rushed the process. His attention to detail and dedication to doing things properly made all the difference. I walked in worried about my teeth and left feeling confident and grateful. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares.

The clinic overall is very good — clean, professional, and the staff are friendly. However, one major issue I’ve faced every single visit is the waiting time. Even though I book an appointment, I’m always asked to wait at least 30 minutes or more before being seen. This defeats the purpose of booking a specific time slot. If the clinic is running behind schedule, then appointments should be managed differently. Patients should be able to start at their scheduled time, not much later. This has been a repeated issue, and I really hope the clinic can improve on this point.

I came to the clinic to fix my veneers, which I had previously done in Turkey. Unfortunately, they had been placed very carelessly and needed to be redone. Dr. Khalid carefully assessed my case and delivered results that went far beyond my expectations. I honestly didn’t think it was possible for veneers to look this natural and beautiful. On top of that, Dr. Khalid truly takes his time to make sure everything is absolutely perfect, I would even say he’s a perfectionist. He worked on my teeth as if they were his own, and that really shows in the final result. I’m incredibly happy with the service and the craftsmanship of Dr. Khalid Thank you so much!

I had an appointment with Dr Shobha at Pearl Clinic (Jumeirah Branch) in March 2025. The staff namely Dr Shobha who took care of me and receptionist Michelle were welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. Dr Shobha took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the genuine care shown. I left feeling confident about my dental health and grateful to have found such a wonderful Dr and team. I have made appointments for 3 family members during their next visit to Dubai as the level of care, skill and professionalism is incomparable to UK dentistry. I had an amazing experience with Pearl dental clinic. All staff were very professional. Reception staff were very prompt with communication and very helpful.
