My experience with New Sense Clinic was absolutely amazing! All the services were excellent, especially with Dr. Yazdani and Dr. Sepideh – both are highly professional, caring, and take the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. The nursing staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. And my personal favorite – the lovely Tina! She is beyond helpful, always going the extra mile with a warm and kind spirit that truly made a difference in my visit. Thank you so much to the entire team for your outstanding care and service! 🌟

i cannot emphasize more on how attentive and caring Dr. Shaghayegh is, i've been her patient for over 7 years (only doing routine and aligners now) and from the first meeting till now she is as caring and knowledgeable! thanks to her i fixed my issues when other dentists were only referring me to hardcore surgeries on my gums that wouldn't even promise the results! so me and my family are in complete dental headache free life thanks to her. even during the lightest procedures she always makes sure that i'm not in pain by literally asking almost every minute because of her truly kind nature and worry to hurt anyone. i am personally 100% trusting her, she is incredible professional and a human being!

Very disappointing experience with dentist Dr.Shaghayegh. I’ve been with her since previous clinic. While she looks very nice and approachable in the beginning over time she would become money oriented and not focused on your results and initial plan. I was not satisfied with her service, and I would not recommend her as trustworthy dentist.

I had Safe Liposuction combined with J-Plasma performed by Dr. Yazdani and I can only describe the entire experience as outstanding. He is incredibly calm, kind, professional, and meticulous in his work, with a rare sense of precision and care. The clinic team was equally impressive, his assistant Tina is absolutely fantastic, from the first consultation to the post-op care, everyone was kind, respectful, and really professional. The hospital environment was exceptionally clean. I truly recommend Dr. Yazdani to anyone considering this procedure you’ll be in the best hands. For me, after numerous consultations with different doctors it was not a question that I will go ahead with him instinctively after understanding his Safe lipo method which is more gentle for the body than for example Vaser lipo. Dr. Sepideh is an exceptionally sweet and kind person, with a very professional approach to aesthetic gynecology. From the very first moment, she makes you feel safe and comfortable, and she truly listens with care and empathy. Her gentle manner, combined with her expertise, creates a unique experience which i was looking for. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and talented doctor. After the first consultation i knew she is the one I can fully trust. I live in Dubai and I had so many consultations before and with her I just knew i will make the best decision.

I've been Dr.Shaghayegh for over a year now for my aligner treatment, which was originally expected to take around six months. While I initially felt confident in the process and appreciated the quality of care, my experience over time has become more frustrating due to communication issues. There have been multiple occasions where my messages about upcoming visits have gone unanswered, and I often don’t receive any updates about the arrival of new aligners. I usually have to follow up more than once to get a response. When I do get a reply, there tends to be an explanation or excuse, but the consistency in communication is definitely lacking. I understand that clinics in Dubai can get very busy, but I hope more attention can be given to patient follow-up and communication. The treatment quality itself has been good, and I genuinely appreciate Dr. Shaghayegh’s work—but better organization and responsiveness would make a big difference.
