Therapist that I had for my Hydrafacial and Secret RF treatment answered all of my questions thoroughly and I had many! Helped me built a treatment plan for future to help with my skin concern. Rating 1 Star This was one of the most disappointing clinic visits I’ve had. I was asked to arrive early to fill out paperwork — which I did — only to be left waiting for over 40 minutes. No update, no apology. When I finally inquired, the staff seemed surprised I was still there. What bothered me most wasn’t even the delay, but the dismissive tone and complete lack of accountability. It felt like clients are simply shuffled around until someone’s available. For the high prices and polished marketing, you’d expect at least some courtesy and time management. Sadly, all I experienced was negligence masked by glossy branding
