6 months agoWhile I appreciate the last moment booking, I am still confused if I received what I asked for. I clearly mentioned multiple times that I want a natural look, with brown lashes, and not a heavy extension. I asked for 1D natural look and I shower a picture that was shared with me as an example. Yet my lashes look thick and bushy, and the colour looks black even though the technician insisted it was "dark brown" and even charged me extra for that. On a positive note I have to appreciate the quick service. But not getting what I wanted made me upset. Photo attached shows how lashes look the next day after service Edit: Appreciating an immediate attention to my concern and offer to fix it. Ms Yrys did a good job and was very polite

6 months agoFabulous! Staff were really professional and the ambience was soo peaceful. I am in love with my lashes honestly, it feels like I have nothing on, light weight almost like feathers. Definitely coming back again!

a year agoHonestly the worse place to ever go to get your lashes done! The lash tech doesn’t speak a word of English which naturally was going to result in a disaster ending! I asked for full lashes, volume and long! I showed her various pictures to ensure she understood as I knew she wouldn’t understand what I was saying. Please let me share the awfulness she did for 2 and half hours of my time. I complaint to management and she tells me they can either add some more (another hour of my time to be wasted and lashes ruined or remove them - I went for the remove option. The technician was now huffing and puffing away with her breath on my face while I laid there for them to remove them abruptly. The whole experience was awful and I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you have 3 hours to waste and lashes damaged.
