I had a few procedures done at the same time with Dr. Basil, and so far I’m really happy with the results. It’s still early to see the final outcome, but everything is healing beautifully, and I’m genuinely looking forward to the full transformation. Dr. Basil made me feel confident and at ease from the start, and his work already speaks for itself. Luz, on the other hand, has been an absolute gem throughout the journey. She’s been incredibly gentle during my aftercare, whether it was removing stitches or doing micro-needling on my scars, which are now practically invisible. She’s always so kind, helpful, and proactive, constantly checking in and making sure I feel good in my skin. Even when I messaged her at odd hours, she replied with such care and reassurance. With my tight schedule, she worked around every limitation to fit me in, always coming up with thoughtful solutions so I could return to work looking flawless. Her support and dedication have made all the difference.
