Kaya Skin Clinic – Town Centre Mall

I have completed more than 12 laser sessions at Kaya Clinic, but I will not be coming back or recommending it to anyone. While the treatments themselves were fine, the service has changed since the staff change. The receptionist working with the cosmetic doctor is not welcoming and has been rude to patients, which leaves a very negative impression. A clinic experience should feel professional and respectful from the moment you walk in, and unfortunately, that is no longer the case here.

I had an amazing experience with Kaya skin clinic for my laser hair removal session! The staff was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable from the very first appointment. The clinic was clean and inviting, and they explained the entire process thoroughly, answering all my questions. If you ever go to Kaya Skins make sure to book with Sana she absolutely an amazing soul!👍👍👍👍 10/10

Absolutely horrible experience, after new management and new team arrived. They ripped me off by misselling both the treatment and the alleged payment plan - all to try to squeeze more money out of me (despite me being a customer since 2009). I will be launching a formal complaint with the Ministry of Economy. Avoid going to Kaya - there are much better clinics out there with more honest practices.

In general doctors are really good! So patient with client! Facial1 with Shahrzaad is just amazing! She realy know what exactly to do with your skin

The stuff is good but there dr kother ,since i visited her and my hair fell increased like hell i want for other hair treatments she didn’t solve my problem with paying her more than 5000 dhs she ask me to visit her on my day of trip she let me wait 30 minutes when I left because i had flight to catch she contacted me by her personal number I told her im going out of country they can contact my sister and give her the number but no one contacted worst dr ever and this is my hair fell increased less than 3 hours per day
