Niche Hair & Beauty Salon

I booked a balayage but ended up with the wrong hair color and a full head of highlights instead, which wasn’t what I had expected and left my hair feeling more fragile. The salon then kindly referred me to their Jumeirah branch for correction, where the stylist worked on improving it and I appreciated the effort she put in but still my hair wasn’t in a good state because it was bleached twice in one week. The first two images is my hair after the first attempt in Sobha Hartland and the last 4 images are my hair after the second attempt. My hair was bleached twice in one week and as you can see I have random purple hair all over my hair. I was told this will go away after the first wash but it didn’t. Overall, my experience at The Nest in Sobha was disappointing and different from when it was previously under “Niche,” and for me personally, it didn’t meet the same standard and I would never return again. I hope others have a better experience.

I had a mani pedi done by Princess and she was absolutely excellent! Very professional, patient, and attentive to every detail. She shaped my nails perfectly and the polish application was flawless. The salon itself is very clean and aesthetically pleasing, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend booking with her!

I visited Niche salon yesterday for a haircut, haircolouring and styling. The hairdresser Andrea was fantastic 🤩! She has a positive attitude, is friendly, and made me feel comfortable. I appreciate her efforts for creating a welcoming enjoyable environment , for listening to my needs and expectations , for delivering amazing results.! I love my new haircut and the colour ! Emily completely took my damaged extension filled hair and saved it. I went to her once in September 2024 and have been going to her every month so far since than. I never thought I would ever feel comfortable with my natural hair after taking my extensions out since the damage that was caused from my previous salon felt irreversible and took away my self confidence, but I can now say that the extensions are out and my hair is thriving. I highly recommend this salon, with all the wonderful ladies who work there as well. I won’t be going anywhere else ever again!

I had a wonderful experience at this salon! Emily did my hair and she was absolutely magnificent. I got a balayage, face framing, and a haircut and everything turned out even better than I expected. The technique she used with the bleach was so gentle, my hair didn’t break at all and felt incredibly smooth afterwards. She listened to everything I wanted and did understand me very well she just gets it! There was a small issue with the payment, but the team was honest and transparent about it, which really shows their professionalism and integrity. I’m genuinely thankful they pointed it out, I wouldn’t have noticed it myself. So happy I chose this place, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
