My experience with Dr. Paulo Michels and his team has been exceptional from beginning to end. Even before my procedure, Dr. Paulo himself and his team prepared me thoroughly for the surgery and recovery, including what I would need at home and how to prepare my environment to make my recovery easier and more comfortable. My care has also continued at home with Milena Vieira, who supports my recovery with post-operative lymphatic massage and works closely with Dr. Paulo’s team. Her standard of care genuinely reflects the same high standard I have experienced throughout my journey with his team. With Dr. Paulo and his team, you never feel like just another patient. From Dr. Paulo and Rafaela to Dr. Nadine, Milena, and everyone involved in my care, I experienced professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care throughout my entire journey.
