He’s straight to the point, extremely knowledgeable, and consistently accurate with diagnoses and treatment plans. Appointments are efficient without ever feeling rushed. a month agoMy experience in this clinic was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my whole life. The Dr burned my eyebrows with the laser and he said the redness will disappear and it did not then he tried with another laser to remove the redness he did but it got worse, and now it’s more than 2 months since i was burned, and every time i call them and tell them about the issue and that I need to talk to the dr they just say that they will call me back soon and untill today no response.

2 months agoDr. Rustom is my favorite doctor! Our family has been visiting him for decades for everything. Check ups, and cosmetic treatments. I trust and depend on him wholeheartedly and have always been pleased with the results.

2 months agoI am extremely disappointed with the way my appointment was handled today. I called your clinic earlier to book, and your team clearly confirmed that my appointment was scheduled for 2:30 PM. I drove 40 minutes to get there, only to be informed on arrival that my appointment was never confirmed because the doctor did not show up. What makes this worse is the explanation I was given. I was told that the clinic attempted to reach me on my “old number” - even though: 1. This is not the number I used to call and book the appointment, and 2. I explicitly told your staff during the call that the number you had on file was outdated. It is completely unacceptable for a medical facility to fail to confirm cancellations properly, especially after a patient clearly communicates their correct contact details. The lack of responsibility, coordination, and basic courtesy shown today reflects very poorly on your clinic’s professionalism.

4 months agoI got a blood test done and spend 3 mins with the doctor and got charged 1300 AED. I respect the doctor, he’s nice, but this feels like straight up scam.
