Fantastic service, staff were friendly and paid great attention to detail for my manicure to look fabulous. The lovely nail lady made sure to do the colour and setting nail by nail and with multiple layers to make the colour consistent and not streaky. I didn't give them much to work with and they still managed to make my nails look amazing. Overall, would come back again for the great service and result. (Excuse my cuticles, I always pick at them)

I visited this salon over two days just to fix my nail extensions, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. First, the selection of nail polish colors is extremely limited, which makes it hard to get the look you want. What surprised me even more was the condition of the products on the shelf — many of them appeared old, dusty, and clearly expired. This raises serious concerns about hygiene and product safety. (I’ve attached pictures to show what I mean.) To make matters worse, when I raised my concerns, the branch manager unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of listening or addressing the issues professionally, the attitude felt careless — which only made the experience more frustrating. Overall, I expected much better service and standards. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others

I went there for a manicure, and while the service was okay, the polish was honestly terrible. It was super uneven, with streaks and sticky making it look dirty. It looked sloppy, and I was really disappointed with how it turned out. The salon itself is ok, but I won’t be coming back if that’s the kind of quality I can expect.

This was hands down the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. My sister and I booked lash lifts and were promised two technicians, but when we arrived there was only one lady doing both of us at the same time on ONE bed. My sister wasn’t even given a pillow despite asking repeatedly. We asked only for a lash lift, yet they applied tint without our consent and tried to charge us for it. The technician left glue stuck all around my eyes and when I pointed it out, she rudely denied it until I showed her, then cleaned it with attitude. Her behavior was unprofessional, careless, and dismissive the entire time. She seemed annoyed to even be doing the service, which made the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. On top of that, we were told it would take 45 minutes total, but instead it dragged on for almost 1 hour and 45 minutes. After all of this, no apology, no accountability, and we were still charged. Absolutely unacceptable. If this is how NStyle treats clients, I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place completely. If there was an option to give 0 starts I would honestly do that.

came to NStyle Dubai expecting quality service, but was shocked they still use Brazilian Blowout—a treatment widely criticized and even banned in some countries due to its toxic formaldehyde levels. Within minutes, the chemical fumes caused eye tearing and a strong, unpleasant smell. The staff casually dismissed it as “normal,” which is extremely unprofessional. Recommending such a dangerous product without proper warning shows a serious lack of responsibility. I expected better from a premium salon. Do your research before booking here.
