I honestly can’t thank Nurse Charmaine Villaranda enough. She’s just incredible. From the moment she started taking care of me, she made everything so clear and simple to understand, which really helped to ease my worries. She made me feel so safe and comfortable—I knew I was in good hands. What blew me away was how often she checked on me—every 3 to 5 minutes—just to make sure I was okay. That kind of attention and care is rare and so appreciated. She’s genuinely passionate about her work and it shows in literally everything she does. Everyone should learn from her. She’s truly an amazing nurse—kind, attentive, professional, and so caring. I felt so lucky to have her by my side. Thank you, Charmaine, for everything—you’re simply the best!

After long serach for a good clinic I found this one and was very pleased with it. I visited early in the morning so there was no people. However even during very busy time there is pleanty of staff to serve you. My appointment was with Dermatologist Dr. Muna Saqir for Mall Mapping. She was excellent! I can highly recommend her!

I just wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to the amazing nurses Vivien and the other Male nurse who I his unfortunately forgot his name at the day care unit in Mediclinic Dubai Mall. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel at ease with their warmth and professionalism. Their kindness, calm manner, and genuine care truly made a difference during my time there.
