I don’t usually write hair salon reviews, but I can’t even begin how impressed I am with WOW Beauty Salon. When it comes to haircutting and styling, Magda is the ultimate example of excellence. I trust her advise, she is the only one that could successfully correct and change my hair. It was great to have someone truly listen to what I wanted in a cut and color.Thank you Magda.

Terrible experience – unprofessional and misleading! I had a horrible experience at this salon and will never go back. My hair was long and damaged, and I wanted a shorter, stylish cut. I showed her a reference photo, and she assured me she was a professional and could deliver a creative, stylish look. Instead, she cut my hair completely differently – in a strange, uneven way – and left it soaking wet. On top of that, they never showed me the actual price of the protein treatment beforehand. I felt tricked because it turned out to be extremely expensive. A couple of days later, I returned to have their mistake corrected. Unfortunately, it only got worse. Another stylist, with the manager assisting, pretended to cut in a professional way but did a terrible job. She even cut my neck and didn’t bother to apologize. She ignored my requests and left my hair even shorter – almost like a boy’s cut – which I never wanted. Now, every time I look in the mirror, I feel upset and disappointed. People even make fun of my haircut. This has been a very frustrating and humiliating experience. I do not recommend this salon at all. They are unprofessional, lack real skills, and clearly do not care about their clients.

I had a very disappointing experience at WoW Nail Salon, and I would not recommend it to anyone. From the moment I arrived, the service was extremely unprofessional and cold. I was assigned two nail technicians because I requested nail extensions, but throughout the appointment, they spoke to each other in a language I didn’t understand — not English — and laughed when I mentioned wanting a butterfly design. This made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected, as I didn’t know if I was being mocked. There was absolutely no friendliness, no smiles, no effort to engage — it felt like they were doing me a favor instead of providing a paid service. The atmosphere was very cold, and the staff seemed inconvenienced by my presence. I had asked for coffin-shaped nail extensions, but what I received was far from that. Because two different technicians worked on my nails, the quality was very uneven — one hand was noticeably worse. I had to point it out and ask for it to be redone, but even after the correction, the shape and finish were unacceptable. Now, just a few hours later, I’m experiencing intense pain in my nails, and I may have to remove them completely. To make matters worse, I paid 500 AED for this extremely poor service. One of the staff even approached me with no greeting or professionalism — just told me, “choose your color” and “give me your hand for cleaning,” in a very rushed, rude manner. It was shocking, especially for a salon located in Dubai Mall where you expect luxury, comfort, and good customer service. While one of the technicians seemed to try her best (and I won’t mention her name as she appeared unwell and still tried to work), overall, the entire experience was terrible. The salon should seriously review its staff training, customer service standards, and quality of work. I usually go to a small, modest salon in Majan where the staff — although working in a less “luxurious” setting — are so much more professional, welcoming, and skilled. In comparison, WoW Nail Salon, despite its upscale location, was a complete disappointment. I truly regret wasting my time and money here. I would never return and would not recommend this salon to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere The attached isn’t even coffin nails and this took from 16:30 until 20:00 pm to achieve cameras can be checked to prove this!!

I was at Wow today. I received a very warm welcome. I had an excellent massage and then relaxed for a pedicure and manicure. The nice thing was that both were done at the same time. The result was wonderful. The work was very precise. Afterwards, my hair was washed and styled. I was extremely satisfied with this visit. I will definitely go back to Wow on my next visit to Dubai. After 3 weeks I was again by Wow. This time I did highlights, trim and blowdry. Fetin the stylist did perfect work. I am very happy now. Every time now when I am in Dubai I will go to Wow. I really can recommend this shop.

I had a great experience at Wow salon! I wear a hijab and they run a women's only salon, so everything was comfortable for me. They were happy to see me last minute for a wash, cut with long layers and blow-dry which was amazing as I was flying the next day. Malika saw me and she was lovely and professional. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was able to replicate exactly that but also adjusted it for what would be suitable for my hair type. She gave me holistic advice on my hair, recommended some products but didn't pressure me to buy anything. My only negative was that two customers came in during my treatment, one was very demanding, and my hair dresser had to attend to them which broke up my experience. I would have preferred an uninterrupted session but overall it was excellent. Thank you!
