Used this company for a long time, very loyal customer. Overlooked the odd 'not great' treatment - had a trim that left my hair extremely uneven, and an eyebrow threading that took far too much off one eyebrow, which took a long time to grow back, but stuck with them because overall I was happy with the nails and it was convenient having them come to the house. Had a booking yesterday - they messaged and said they were running 45 minutes late (not the first time this has happened). Not ideal but fine. Then another message, it would be a further half an hour. At this point I said I needed to reschedule for the next day, but that I needed to be able to depend on them arriving on time because I had a work function that night. They assured me they'd be there. The appointment time came and went, nobody showed up. I messaged and was told, quite flippantly, that the booking had been changed to the wrong day, but that they could be there in 30 minutes (previous experience with this company told me it would not be 30 minutes). They are unreliable and unprofessional. Not a great way to treat a loyal customer. I won't be using them again.

Great service after all, booking was so easy just sent WhatsApp and all information was provided and booking was done. Team arrived on time and set up was very quick. I booked Mani Pedi and a Blowdry. Staff very friendly and professional. I highly recommend their services

We loved everything about the experience, we used their services for our daughter’s spa birthday party. Everyone really enjoyed and the level of attention to detail the staff had was amazing. The BEST of the best you are going to find in Dubai. I have been a regular customer for 6 years and would never go anywhere else because no one will ever match their top notch services and the amazing staff. Their knowledge and advice is always spot on. They are part of my family. So accommodating and just so friendly. Anu, the salon manager is extremely helpful and always fulfilling my last minute requests which I am so grateful for. The Balinese ladies are fab at the massages and my nails are always perfectly finished. They are just extremely friendly and so understanding. Today, I was eager to go for a different nail look and the ladies just helped me achieve beyond my expectation. I cannot wait to show off my nails to my UK family and friends next week. I moved to Dubai a few months and was in search of spa services at home since I didn’t wanna risk going to a salon during these times. Found Azza Spa through google search and found some fantastic reviews. Got in touch with them and booked an appointment on WhatsApp. I honestly haven’t looked back. They’re punctual, professional, super friendly and the services are exceptional. I’ve had no complains whatsoever. And they know exactly who I’m comfortable with and send the same staff each time. I’m really happy with their services and have now become a regular.
