2 weeks agoCould you please put a special customer service number for the hospital itself so we don't have to call the call center and wait for days for the doctor to contact us!!!! I've been trying to contact them for a week and a bit, but to no avail. They tell me they will put a note for the doctor to contact them, and until now no one has contacted me! The number they put on Google is not in use!!!

a month agoOne of the doctors was extremely rude that i didnt even continue the consultation as the way she was talking to me was very disrespectful. So i booked again with another doctor and the apt was confirmed, then i drive for 40 mins there to be told the doctor already left and he knew that he had a patient booked with him!! And no one has bothered to inform me ahead of time! And ofcourse the doctor didnt bother to come back again. Ive never had this experience with any hospital in dubai. No respect for their patients at all.

3 months agoWe visited with our 8 year old daughter for treatment of severe progressive alopecia areata which was resistant to treatment for years. Alhamdella she recovered fully with topical contact Immunotherapy which is available only at this Centre in Dubai. We are truly thankful to Dr Jaheersha for her compassionate care and support during this difficult period and appreciate all the nurses ,reception staff and management for their kind support
