4 months agoI had a fantastic experience with both services! Kin did an amazing job with my manicure — super precise, gentle, and made my nails look flawless. I also got my hair colored and cut with Mary, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The color turned out exactly how I wanted, and the cut feels fresh and stylish. Both professionals were friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about their work. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for quality and care in your beauty treatments!

The staff are accommodating and approachable. 🥰 They offer a wide range of services, and you'll feel like you're in a high-class salon because of their amenities. Yet, the services are very affordable and of high quality. Thanks Queenie for my eyebrows, Urmala for my nails ♥️ They also gave me an unexpected gift, something I haven't experienced at other salons. 🥹 Kudos to the CEO of this salon 🌺

a week agoI had a very disappointing experience at Brows and More in Karama. I visited therapist Liza for eyeliner, and she drew each eye differently, resulting in a look that was unappealing. I also got a basic haircut, and it was the worst I've ever had. The stylist cut my hair in a zigzag pattern, which forced me to go to another salon for a fix. To add to my frustration, I was charged for eyebrow threading at Riqqa branch even though I didn't receive the service. When I asked the manager for a refund, she refused, despite me offering to show my medical report. As an existing client for years and I have also recommended this salon to friends and family, but it seems they don't value their loyal customers. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.
