I had a very disappointing experience with this medical center. Despite having a confirmed appointment, I was left waiting for 45 minutes. During this time, I repeatedly checked with the administration staff, but they were unhelpful and provided no clear updates. What made it worse was finding out afterward that the doctor was actually free and simply not informed that a patient was waiting. This shows a serious lack of coordination, professionalism, and respect for patients’ time. A medical center should have reliable systems in place to manage appointments and communicate properly between staff and doctors. Unfortunately, this was not the case here, and it left me with a very negative impression.
