4 months agoThis center sells you a package .. then most times you call for an appointment it’s not available…or the patient is “ sick”… and then suddenly the management changes and package is not valid anymore!! What sort of professionalism is this ? I was told this morning that management changed in end of Feb / March 2025 .. now I see reviews here where they have told people that management changed a year ago , 5 months ago , 2 months ago.. few weeks ago !! In Feb I was told I have 15 sessions remaining and suddenly in April management changed and my package is not valid? At the time of selling the package no mention of expiry was ever made.
