Mixed experience – some good, some caution I came across their promo on Instagram and decided to give it a try. I had a gelish manicure and pedicure done by Ivo, and I was happy with the result. The service was pleasant, and I appreciated the friendly conversation throughout. I also tried the eyebrow lamination — while it was done nicely, I feel the products used may not be the best fit for lighter/blonde hair tones. Still, I was generally satisfied with the overall outcome. However, during my visit, I observed another customer having a difficult experience with hair extensions — the stylists handling it seemed quite unprofessional, and it didn’t look like a smooth process at all. While this wasn’t my personal experience, it’s something worth noting if you're considering hair services there. In short: nails and basic beauty treatments are worth trying, but I'd recommend caution when it comes to more complex hair services.

IF YOU WANT EXTENSIONS WITH SUPER GLUE DO IT HERE. I usually refrain from writing negative reviews, but given the current condition of my hair and the service I received, I felt it was necessary to share my experience. I had previously visited this salon twice and had positive experiences — the staff were pleasant, and very nice and the hair coloring service was excellent. Based on this, I trusted them again to handle my hair extensions. I shared clear instructions regarding the style I wanted both over WhatsApp and again in person at the salon. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. I spent seven hours exactly at the salon, and the final result was nowhere near what I had requested. The hair quality used for the extensions felt cheap and unprofessional, and the style looked poorly done — not what I would expect from a professional establishment. Additionally, the pricing was inconsistent. Initially, I was quoted 950 AED via WhatsApp, but upon arrival, additional hidden charges were added without proper prior communication. Furthermore, I was charged for 150 strands but only 146 strands were applied. Such practices feel dishonest and unprofessional. And yet not only did I wait 7 hours ( which I never did for hair extension ) and cheap quality and paying more than they said on whatsapp and what they post on social media they even charged more than what I eventually did. A few days after the service, the poor quality became even more apparent. Even a professional hairdresser I encountered outside of the salon remarked on how unnatural and poorly done the extensions looked and kindly offered to remove them for free. I ended up driving back to the salon to have the extensions removed, which took over three hours, despite being told it would take an hour and a half. But what do they care there is zero communication between the staff and its not their time they are wasting. Shockingly, the removal was handled mostly by a beautiful lady that helps around the salon and not a professional stylist however she was smoother in removing then him , and improper techniques were used, leaving excessive glue in my hair. This caused significant damage, and I am now considering filing a formal complaint with consumer protection authorities. Additionally, I noted that the nail polish products they use are of low quality, as the polish chipped within three days, which I also informed them when I returned. While the staff are generally friendly, the quality of products and professional standards at this salon have severely declined. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience. If I could give less than one star, I would. Sadly, I wasted both my time and money, and my hair suffered alot of damage and was chopped off half of it Maybe they used Super glue that could have been avoided with proper care and professionalism.

This was my first time at Mareana, and I had a great experience!!!! Waseem did my haircut and full color dye. I just showed him a picture as a reference and he managed to get the exact same color! Super happy with the result Mitra did my nail extensions. She knows her craft in and out, and did a fabulous job. I am in love with my nails. Seeta and Arina did my eyelash extensions ans eyebrow. FANTASTIC JOB DONE! The staff at Mareana Salon are friendly and professional. I loved it here and I am definitely visiting again ❤️

horrible experience in this salon I did my hair extensions there they completely damaged my hair !!! , after 3 weeks I lost all my hair, because of their bad glues & bad way to putting the extensions, look at the pictures, this is me just trying to get rid of that bad plastic they inserted inside my hair & scalp Owner only cares about the money 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Guys please be careful of going somewhere that will Damage your hair, I should sue her for this 💔💔💔

I visited Mareana Ladies Salon for hair extensions, and the experience was absolutely amazing! Wassim helped me choose the perfect color and professionally removed my old extensions before applying the new ones. The result is flawless – I don’t feel any heaviness in my hair, and the hair quality is excellent. I’m a regular client at this salon and always get my extensions done here. They last for up to 3 months without any issues. Great service at a great price! Highly recommended 💖
