in the last weekI had a booking yesterday with a Moroccan lady for hair treatment but the Moroccan lady was serving another customer and left the saloon without even checking on my hair. At 8 pm everyone disappeared only one lady was doing my hair treatment from 6:30 until 11 pm and during that time everyone was calling her for help and she took long time to finish my hair where if I go to other saloon for such treatment 2 ladies and assistant are doing it but here I was surprised that everyone left and only one lady was doing my hair no receptionist no cashier no cleaners and the saloon is very bad and full of dust and un-organized. I just want to thank the lady who did my hair treatment her name was Aireen as she was very professional and she tired her best to make me happy but the saloon overall is very bad. I am attaching these pictures only look how the product are full of dust this is just 1% of what I have seen.

I went for botox treatment with (Sana), she was really amazing took time to explain to me all the aspects of the treatment, advice on best treatment for my type of hair, she made sure i understood exactly what kind on results I will get after the treatment. Overall she was really lovely and very dedicated, answered all my questions with ease which really helped me make up my mind on what to do. Definitely will visit again🩷
