2 weeks agoYour guest reception must improve their skills. We are not in Asia where it is normal to fight with your clients. Last Tuesday, they did my eyelashes. It wasn't a bad job, it wasn’t a great job either, so I didn’t complain. They charged me 250. They told me to come back after one week. Today, Saturday, which is four days after one week, I called them to book the free touch-up. They told me that because it is more than one week, exactly, I have to pay 100 dirham more. If they did a good job in the beginning, regardless of whether I was late for 30 minutes, they have 90 minutes to do a good job, and I don't have to come back for a touch-up. Like, who are you trying to trick here? Just tell me it is 350 for a good set of eyelashes, which I don't mind paying at all because that’s how much I paid for my previous extensions, which were thick and lasted for more than five weeks. This is completely the opposite of what this salon can do.

I did a gel manicure overlay, pedicure, keratin treatment, facial, eyebrow lamination, hair dye, and haircut — and every single service was absolutely perfect. The staff were professional, friendly, and paid attention to every little detail. My hair feels silky, my nails look flawless, and my skin is glowing. The whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. Definitely my go-to salon in Abu Dhabi — highly recommend!
