I had a very disappointing experience with their laser service. They used the same razor on my face and legs to remove minor hairs, which is highly unhygienic. Wearing protective glasses is compulsory during laser, and while I admit I removed them briefly, the therapist was extremely careless and never reminded me. This resulted in minor blurred vision for 3 days until I visited an eye specialist. The therapist was also clearly inexperienced. At least 2–3 times, the laser was extremely painful, especially in the bikini area, even after I specifically asked her to reduce the intensity. An experienced professional should know how to handle this without causing such discomfort. When I raised my concerns, the doctor herself agreed it was the therapist’s mistake and confronted her. Instead of taking responsibility, the therapist got defensive and even said the patient should have known everything beforehand, which is absurd. Later, when I escalated this to the hospital, my messages were ignored. Only after following up did they respond, saying they were “busy.” They then claimed everything was done properly and that the therapist had informed me in advance — which was completely untrue, as the doctor had already admitted fault in front of me. When I mentioned having a recording, they dismissed it, saying I came with a “plan,” which is a ridiculous excuse. I cannot comment on their other services, but when it comes to laser treatments, this is an absolute NO.
