My visits to Luzan have always been comfortable. The receptionists are warm and accommodating. Dr. Jeramie, who consistently looks after my teeth, is friendly, quick, and precise with her work. She and Ms. Loraine always ensure my dental health is well cared for. Highly recommend Luzan Dental Center for their excellent service and quality care.

I would like to commend the dentist and overall service at Luzan Dental Clinic — they are doing a great job and I truly appreciate their professionalism and care. However, I’ve had a consistently poor experience with the receptionist or the individuals answering phone calls. Unfortunately, they come across as rude and lack basic phone etiquette, which is especially disappointing in a patient-facing role. I strongly suggest providing them with proper customer service training, as this can greatly improve the overall experience for patients calling the clinic.

Luzan Dental Center was recommended to me by a friend who had an excellent experience with them and successfully resolved his dental concerns. When I visited the clinic, my main goals were a professional cleaning and an inquiry about dental implants. I was fortunate to be attended to by Dra. Jaramie, who carefully assessed my needs and recommended the best options for my case. My concern was the gap in my teeth that required additional teeth to be placed. I explained to her that I wanted a natural look something that would not draw unnecessary attention to my teeth when I speak, but would blend seamlessly with my overall appearance. She recommended a teeth bridge with naturally colored veneer crowns, which perfectly matched both my dental needs and personal preferences. This treatment not only closed the gaps but also boosted my confidence to smile and speak freely during meetings. I sincerely thank Luzan Dental Center, and especially Dra. Jaramie, for the outstanding care.
