Susie (my laser technician) is so sweet, understanding and respectful. She is very knowledgeable and always makes me feel comfortable. Apart from that I have had good results with her because she is thorough and attentive. She also did carbon peel for me and I had great results. I am very happy. Thank you! 💖💖🥰

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the results of the full body hair removal treatment I received at your clinic. I completed six sessions, with the last one in February 2025. However, I have noticed that all the hair has grown back — in fact, the regrowth is thicker and more prominent, especially on areas like the face and neck. When I raised this issue with your staff, I was told that I now need six additional sessions, and that the treatment is for “hair reduction” and not “hair removal.” This is extremely disappointing, as your advertisements and promotional material clearly use the term hair removal, which led to a very different expectation. While I understand that results may vary, the complete reversal of progress and the worsening of hair growth raise serious concerns. I feel misled by the advertising and dissatisfied with both the outcome and the explanation provided.
