I’ve just completed my third laser hair removal session with Mrs. Nagia and I’m beyond impressed! I am achieving the results exactly how I wanted . From the very first session, she has been incredibly welcoming, making me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process, and her gentle approach made the experience stress-free and pleasant. The clinic is clean, well-maintained, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend to anyone considering laser treatment!

Unsafe / unprofessional facial treatment on 5 Aug 2025 One of the worst experiences ever. The staff was unprofessional, rude, and completely careless. • Instead of making me comfortable, she started by pointing out flaws in my skin just to sell me packages. • Used painful, outdated blackhead removal methods despite VLCC claiming to have advanced technology. When I said it hurt, she told me to “cooperate.” • Left me alone in a cold, dark room for 20 minutes with mask covering my eyes and face. The liquid was getting into my eyes and mouth, and I had to scream for help until someone finally opened the door. • Came back with excuses instead of an apology, saying she “went to the restroom. For good 20 minutes??” and that aloe vera gel in my eyes/mouth was harmless., seriously this can lead to complaint with Dubai Municipality for risking life of people with assuming facial products as edible • Never informed me about the call bell in the room. And despite all this, she still asked for a good review! Even worse, no manager came to check on me after the incident. This shows zero professionalism and care for client safety. VLCC needs to seriously retrain its staff—such negligence can have dangerous consequences.

I am visiting VLCC for their slimming treatment and I must say, it was an amazing experience! The staff were warm and welcoming, and the ambiance was relaxing and calming. The treatment itself was very effective, and I saw noticeable results after just a few sessions. The therapists were professional and skilled Shella, Joy and Aileen ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. And my Dietitian Gopika is very amazing. The attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set VLCC apart from other slimming centers I've tried. I'd highly recommend VLCC to anyone looking for a reliable and effective slimming solution. The results speak for themselves, and the service is top-notch. Can't wait to go back for my next session.
