I’ve been visiting Ashtamudi Salon for the past few months and overall, I’m quite happy with their services. The staff is friendly and the salon maintains a clean, welcoming environment. That said, I’ve mostly opted for their packages which include manicure and pedicure. Unfortunately, I haven’t been fully satisfied with this part of the service. The mani-pedi sessions often feel rushed —completed in under 7 minutes and at times, it seems like the staff is not putting in much effort. I may try booking these services individually next time to see if that makes a difference, though I believe the quality should be consistent regardless, especially since clients are paying for it. On a positive note, I’d really like to highlight Liza, who has done my haircut and root touch-up and eyebrow threading. She’s an absolute gem. She styles the hair so beautifully and genuinely puts a lot of care into her work. She constantly checks in to make sure everything is going well and that the person in her chair is comfortable and happy with the result. I’d give her a solid 5 stars ❤️ Overall, Ashtamudi is a decent salon with potential to be even better with a bit more consistency across services.

I went in for haircut, blow dry, pedicure,etc.], and I’m so happy with the results.Ms.Zara and Ms. Liza both did an amazing job – they really listened to what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The salon was clean, well-organized, and had a relaxing atmosphere. I also appreciated how they used quality products and explained each step as they went. I left feeling pampered and refreshed! However, I am quite disappointed with a recent experience related to their billing policy. During my latest visit, I opted for services that are clearly part of one of their advertised packages. Unfortunately, because I didn’t explicitly mention the word “package” before availing the services, I was charged the full amount for each service individually. Its a common practice to adjust the billing based on the combination of services availed and to offer the most suitable package—especially when everything falls under one. It felt inflexible and unfair to be told that I needed to pre-declare the term “package” in order to benefit from it, despite meeting the criteria. While I understand every business has policies, I believe a bit more customer-friendly approach and discretion could go a long way. This rigid stance left me quite disappointed, especially as a regular client. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and considers revisiting such policies in the interest of customer satisfaction.

Really appreciate neha to stand through whole 4-5 hours for my hair services. She really looked into when I informed I have migraine issues so please don't trigger. Not only herself but when she needed help she would inform her teammates too. Every information from price to treatments will be discussed beforehand and lovely service.
