Hands down the best service you would ever expect. Sara did a 5-star job with my hair spa and body massage - I napped like a pup. And Lucie is a perfectionist with nails. The best thing about the staff here is that they're all super courteous and gentle with their work - be it your hair, your face or your nails - no rush, you can feel the care. Also, the rates are surprisingly very reasonable for this level of service! They're actual sweethearts ♡

Though I am very happy with the treatment given to me by Sara, I was extremely disappointed that it was NOT the service I asked for. . For a first time customer not familiar with their process, this was very disappointing since I made triple sure that the treatment I wanted was such and even asked the receptionist to jot down the process. I also double confirmed it the previous day. I was not happy that she was careless with my service. I enjoyed the service thinking that it was part of my requested service but then to slap me with a higher bill was unacceptable. It wa only the she looked through the messages and confirmed it was indeed a mistake on her part. The least she could have done was NOT to charge the higher amount and stick to the original service price since it was the salons mistake. This means that all the things u expected in the list provided was overlooked and not given to me,this ruining what was supposed to me my relaxation time. I will think twice about visiting this salon, not because if the treatment, but for the incompetency of the admin. Very sad experience

First time visited the saloon to be met with the most amazing treatments. Ruby did highlights for my daughter. She gave us amazing consultation and guided us to make sure the results where what we wanted. I did the Nourishing hair Spa with Joline and it was by far the best spa treatment I have done. For sure I am going back for it.

I was today for a manicure and pedicure, the staff is very professional Vietnamese girls very friendly and very nice. I had cat Eyes manicure and pedicure that is one unique technique. They have a lot of technique options. Salon is new and very beautiful.
