I had an outstanding experience with this dental clinic. Dr. Walid is absolutely exceptional — professional, gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made us feel completely at ease and explained everything clearly throughout the consultation. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and delivers top-quality care. A special shoutout to Sherilyn, the receptionist, who is one of the friendliest and most accommodating people I’ve ever met at a clinic. She made booking so easy, greeted me with a big smile, and created such a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. The whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and genuinely pleasant — not something you usually say about a trip to the dentist! Highly recommend this clinic if you’re looking for professional care and a team that really goes the extra mile.

I had toothache in the middle of the night I can’t sleep. Good thing I found this dental clinic and made the right choice . Thanks to Dr Ayman for the emergency tooth removal. He did very well without pain.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience with this clinic has been nothing short of a nightmare. I paid a 2,500 AED deposit for Invisalign treatment and completed the first step. After that, the problems started — endless delays, zero proactive communication, and conflicting information from different doctors. I was left chasing updates for weeks, only to be told (after repeated follow-ups) that my doctor was on vacation — something they could have informed me about immediately. When I asked to be attended by another doctor, I went in for an appointment, got a scan, and was told to collect my next aligners in a week. A week passed with no word from them. After following up yet again, I was told to collect the aligners. These turned out to feel exactly like the previous set. The doctor on duty then told me that the other doctor “wasn’t supposed to do a scan” in the first place — as if I, the patient, am supposed to know their internal procedures. The mismanagement was unbelievable. I was kept waiting for over 30 minutes while they “checked with the other doctor,” despite me informing them I had an international flight in just 5 hours. Finally, the manager admitted mistakes had been made and promised to ship the next 3 steps of aligners to me in Kenya due to the inconvenience caused. They even said it was fine for me to clear the balance later, given the delays and remaining steps. Now, two weeks later, they have gone back on their word — refusing to send the aligners unless I pay the full balance upfront, completely ignoring our previous agreement. This clinic has shown zero professionalism, poor communication, and no respect for patients’ time or treatment progress. Invisalign requires consistency, and their delays could easily ruin results. I would strongly recommend anyone considering treatment here to think twice.

Dr. Walid did an amazing job with my dental filling and truly saved my tooth. He explained every step of the procedure in detail, which made me feel at ease. The whole experience was smooth and professional. I’m extremely happy with the outcome and highly recommend his care!

I went in to get a dental implant. The doctor placed the implant and said they’d contact me for the crown appointment, but no one ever followed up. I had already paid the full amount. I ended up reaching out to them myself and booked an appointment. On the morning of the appointment, they sent me a confirmation message and I confirmed. I went to the clinic and waited for 30 minutes, but the doctor never showed up. I decided to leave and never go back. I’ll complete the implant with another dentist. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of the patient’s time. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
