From the moment I made a call upto the Dr arrival everything was excellent. Dr Sumaira Ahmed from on call Doctor Dubai was amaizing. We were faced with the unexpected when my son 7 yrs old became unwell while on holidays the day before flying back to Melbourne Australia. My Son was unwell he had a fever , he was weak. She arrived within 15 minutes of making the booking to our hotel. Very kind and exceptionally caring , my son has phobia of doctors and hospitals hence why I didn’t take him to emergency. She was extremely patient with my son and highly professional. She diagnosed him and prescribed reassuring me that we would be able to travel home after one dose of treatment. The payment was very reasonable, everything very easy without having to leave my house. She came with a nurse who was also very friendly. I was given a very easy script which I sent to the pharmacy for home delivery. The medicine arrived within 30 min Dr Sumaira Ahmed checked in on my son after she left with no extra charges. My son had the 1 dose after his urine specimens as she had advised and the rest of the treatment which included an antihistamine, pain relief , antibiotics, ORT and eyedrops. The temperature went down a whole lot and he began to be lively , playing , eating and drinking he was not doing this before. Dr Sumaira checked in overnight giving advise for hydration with the ORT. By midnight by boy was fully recovered bright bubbly. I continued the treatment and all symptoms were gone by the morning. Dr Sumaira still checked in to ensure my son was safe to travel back to Australia. We got onto our flight at 8pm we had a layover in China. We continued the medications and Dr checked in on how my son was going. We have now arrived home safely and again she checked in on my Son. I can’t thank her enough for her not only care that was over and above , her very accurate diagnosis this is the best experience I have had with a Dr and it’s so great and encouraging. I will definitely keep this service and if I ever move to Dubai we have a family Dr. Thank you so much Dr Sumaira Ahmed and the team What could have been a very uncertain situation was made easy. This service is excellent! It was an absolute lifesaver when I was unable to travel to a doctor and I was surprised that the cost was the same. Results from the blood tests were available much quicker and the team was equipped to treat me immediately in the convenience of my own home.
