6 months agoI found this chain through Google reviews and being the closest one to where I was staying worked out amazingly well. The booking was easy and straightforward, very accommodating front desk. On the day I felt taken care of, not rushed and pampered. Lekkie was amazing. She didn't need to ask me anything and knew exactly where needed attention and how much pressure to use. The facial was also extremely relaxing and could tell Lekkie had been doing this for a long time. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I'll be back next time I am in town!

From the moment I arrived, the ambiance was calm and inviting, setting the perfect tone for relaxation. Therapist Yaya was exceptional. She is professional, attentive, and skilled. Her technique blended the therapeutic benefits of traditional Thai massage with the soothing qualities of aromatherapy. She was very in tune with my comfort and pressure preferences, ensuring that the experience was both relaxing and rejuvenating. The treatment left me feeling refreshed, with a noticeable release of tension in my body. Overall, I highly recommend the Thai Aroma package, especially with Therapist Yaya. Her expertise truly elevated the entire session. I will definitely be returning.

4 months agoI've tried aromatherpay and Honey, the therapist, did an amazing job and she knew exactly what pressure to use. The place is clean but I expected it to be more luxurious to be honest. This was Majlis grand mercure branch, maybe next time I'll try another branch
