Honestly, it was such a beautiful experience at the salon. I got a package and didn’t expect the services to be this detailed. So, pamper yourself and take a whole day of relaxation! To be honest, I absolutely loved the massage there; it was amazing, and the therapist who did it for me, Panun, was just incredible. I asked for a strong massage, and she did it perfectly. From the moment I entered the salon, Reha welcomed me with a beautiful smile. You don’t need to bring anything with you because everything is available there. The package included everything: manicure, pedicure, hair mask with Haya, sauna, jacuzzi, milk and honey mask, body scrub with Sara, and facial cleaning with Maycee. Honestly, they work with so much care, not just rushing to finish. They really give you the full service you deserve. And in the end, I was surprised that the package also included a free dinner at the barbecue restaurant downstairs. I loved the experience and will definitely do it again, God willing. They also have a branch in Al Ain.

The spa itself is extremely clean and beautifully relaxing from the inside, with a peaceful ambiance that instantly puts you at ease. A special thank you to Melon, the massage therapist, who was absolutely amazing. She is highly professional and attentive; she didn’t let me leave until she had thoroughly massaged every part of my body with care and precision. I genuinely felt like a queen throughout the entire experience. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back!

I really loved the Korean head spa with sunny she was really gentle and relaxing and i also loved the massage with rung she did it really well and i loved it so much and jasmine for the reception she was so welcoming and nice loveddd it alot and will definitely visit again 💗💗💗

My experience at the Korean head spa was absolutely spectacular. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a friendly and personalized touch. The receptionist was very welcoming, and I was assisted by Rhea and Dovaa, who made the visit even more enjoyable. I will definitely return and request Melon, the head spa specialist—her soothing hands made me feel completely relaxed. Dada, who handled my hair drying, was equally careful and patient with my fine, thin hair. This place is truly amazing, and I’m thrilled to have visited for the third time!

Disappointing Experience – Don’t Be Misled by the Advertising I went for a relaxing experience, but I was extremely disappointed... The spa was unclean, and the massage room smelled bad, which made it hard to relax from the start. The massage oil they used felt extremely cheap and of poor quality, possibly even harmful for the skin. I had brought my own oil and kindly asked for it to be heated, but was told there would be an extra charge just to warm it, which I find unreasonable. The receptionist was indifferent and showed no interest in ensuring customer satisfaction. Overall, the entire experience felt careless and unprofessional. I came in looking for peace and relaxation, but I left feeling more frustrated and disappointed. Don’t be fooled by their ads — they do not reflect the reality. Also in yr reply you said you offered to apply my oil without extra charge which is funny to add charge on this service especially that using my oil will save expense on you. The application on my hair was as an exchange of one unwanted service from the package. Also every salon takes the clients in a tour...and I expressed to your staff that the room was smelly at the time...
