I went to this spa for service. An one Arab therapist there asked me for a tip in addition to the fee for the service. He said he was ready to provide those additional services. I think the management is also aware of this. I'm not at all satisfied with the service he provided. We only pay tip if we are satisfied with the service. I do not expect to receive your service again.

The full VIP treatment was a wonderful experience! The staff were very friendly, they were all competent and took care to ensure I was comfortable at all times. It was my first time having a Moroccan bath and that was brilliant. I’ve never felt so clean in my life! I would highly recommend this place, it might not look much from the outside but step inside and you won’t be disappointed! Many thanks to Mr A 👊🏾

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experience at your spa. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of service, particularly with the handling of online bookings. The response time has been significantly slower, and communication has not been as efficient as in the PAST. When ask why the person simply replied we are busy. Additionally, I have observed that the therapists currently working are not as skilled or experienced as those I had the pleasure of working with before. The overall experience, once a highlight, no longer meets the standards I’ve come to expect from your establishment. It’s truly disappointing, as I’ve always enjoyed visiting your spa. However, due to these changes, I will be seeking another spa for my future visits. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This was my first experience with Moroccan bath and I must say that visiting this spa exceeded my expectations. All the staff were very polite and helpful and most importantly therapist who did the massage and scrubbing was great. He made me comfortable and before applying anything he told me the usefulness of that product. He is an expert in his field and I look forward to my next visit. Without a doubt, incredible professionalism, both in quality of service and staff...without imagining the place where you really think of being in paradise. It is a very comforting and satisfying Moroccan bath and massage experience. Totally recommended if you want to disconnect completely, these professionals will make you feel it.
