3 months agoI had a wonderful experience with Dr. Yasmin at Tres Jolie. She treated my skin with such care and honesty, and I saw a big difference with truly amazing results. I’m so happy with the transformation and highly recommend Dr. Yasmin to everyone — she’s not only a great doctor but also very genuine and trustworthy. The reception team is also fantastic — the girls are always welcoming, kind, and helpful, making every visit pleasant from start to finish. The clinic itself is beautiful, and everyone at Tres Jolie is incredibly nice. I also tried their hair removal laser and was impressed by the quality of the machine and the results. Everything about my experience was excellent!

4 months agoThe problem with your company is that it does not provide adequate information or notice to your clients, which leads to confusion. I have been patiently waiting for a response from them, yet none have called me back or sent a message. In my experience, it is more effective to maintain confidentiality and not refer to other clients.

3 months agoI had a very disappointing experience. The service was poor and the staff were unprofessional and inattentive. Basic courtesy and customer care were clearly lacking. I expected a much higher standard and will not be returning. From december till date not able to get completed by 4 session of laser when ever contact them no appointment availabke fully booked. Poor response. When checked for refund informed 21days will take . No proffessional behaviour poor response
