Sharifa was incredibly professional and kind—she explained each step thoroughly and gave me options tailored to what would work best for my skin. I really appreciated how she took the time to ensure I was comfortable and informed. The clinic itself is very clean and peaceful, which added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. 2 months agoI tried the signature facial at Scintillia Skincare and really loved the treatment itself — my therapist was skilled and attentive, and my skin felt great afterward. However, I do think the overall atmosphere could be improved to make the experience more relaxing. The space had a strong food smell, the lighting was quite bright even during the facial, and the ambient sounds were a bit distracting. My therapist moved around a bit noisily at times, and there were other staff members speaking loudly nearby, which took away from the calm spa environment I was hoping for. A little more attention to ambiance would truly elevate the entire experience.
