2 months agoMariam from the Call Center was very helpful and respectful, and I appreciate her professionalism. However, the technician who performed the service was quite aggressive in her manner. It felt as though she was doing me a favor rather than providing a service I was paying for. I believe it’s important to evaluate the attitude and approach of the nursing staff to ensure a more respectful and supportive experience for clients. While the quality of the service itself was satisfactory, it did not meet expectations given the high cost.

4 weeks agoI have tried several clinics before for laser and soft-light treatments, but this one was the worst of them all. I sincerely do not recommend anyone to try these two treatments ever with this branch. This is the first time ever I get charged 200> for a soft-light treatment, and it is only for 1 spot!! I have never spent this much on an eyebrows treatment... this is not acceptable and I honestly regret proceeding with it. Also, laser, got burned literally. Their device.. kept lagging which made the session even longer. I expected better experience and more efficiency, I will never repeat visiting again.

4 months agoFrom my experience, I regret not asking the right questions before going through this horrible experience, as there were many red flags. I went for a facial, and the extraction was painful, making me cry excessively. The serum caused a burning sensation, which I mentioned, but it was ignored. The HydraFacial was so simplified that it was laughable.
