The clinic has such a cozy and quiet atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax. I want to take a moment to praise Ms. Merry Rose 💕💕 for her exceptional work! I recently had my first HydraFacial and RF microneedling session with her, and I was amazed at how painless the experience was. Her hands are incredibly gentle, and her expertise truly shines through. She is professional, skilled, and confident in what she does. Since I have very sensitive skin, I really appreciated how careful she was throughout the process. She also recommended IV drips, and after seeing how glowing her skin was, I decided to try it as well. The next day, my skin was radiant and felt so healthy! Thank you, Ms. Merry Rose 🌹💕

Unfortunately, my experience with the clinic was not good. I purchased a laser package, and every time I tried to book an appointment, the available dates were extremely far. If I asked for an earlier appointment with the same nurse, they would tell me to switch to a different nurse, even though I had already been waiting weeks for a specific one. Moreover, they would change my appointment times without informing me, and I would be surprised by the sudden changes. Although the nurse was skilled and the receptionist was helpful, the clinic clearly lacks respect for patients’ time and reliability in scheduling. The call center service is also very poor — you end up paying your money and then constantly chasing them just to secure your appointments. I do not recommend purchasing any packages with them. If you must deal with them, I highly advise paying per session, because after buying a package, it becomes a struggle just to get an appointment. I am writing this review after having three negative experiences with them

I had a wonderful experience at Lumair Clinic, and I can’t say enough good things about Beverly! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and relaxing—perfect for a self-care day. Beverly is incredibly professional, gentle, and knowledgeable.

I had the best HydraFacial experience with Mayrose! She was so friendly and welcoming, which made the whole session super relaxing. She explained each step clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My skin felt incredibly clean, smooth, and refreshed right after — I was glowing! You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Mayrose for anyone looking for both amazing results and a warm, professional experience!

I had a very disappointing experience at Lumaira Clinic in the Al Nahyan branch. The customer service was terrible, especially with the receptionist and scheduling. Initially, they were friendly and accommodating, but once I paid, everything changed, in my experience i felt disorganized and i chose the wrong place, They had issues with managing the schedule, The staff even gave me conflicting information about my reservation, and I was made to feel like they weren’t being honest with me and They insist on evasive speech, When it came to retouching, they didn’t seem to care whether the service was done or no properly because I had already paid. The level of care and attention was non-existent. Even i have a retouching session for the facial procedure that I did, but no one cares, Even the doctor with whom I did the facial session is not interested in the client,I only paid, and then the evasion begins with the presence of the doctor in other branches. Overall, the entire experience was unprofessional and frustrating. I will never recommend this clinic to anyone, and I strongly advise you to think twice before dealing with them,
