6 months agoImpressed with the quality of the laser machine and the results. But, staff seemed more focused on selling multiple products (body cremes) than addressing my actual needs. While I understand the clinic wants to promote their products, the prices are high, and it felt unnecessary to push so many items on me.

7 months agoI received different prices from the call center compared to what was quoted at the branch. Additionally, when I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that it had not been booked, despite my confirmation with the call center. Furthermore, I had a specific facial session in mind, but the staff insisted that I consult with a doctor first. This felt less about my well-being and more about upselling services, which was discouraging. Overall, I found the service to be misaligned between the call center and the branch, leading to confusion and dissatisfaction. Wasted my time👍🏻
