I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic, particularly regarding the reception and communication. On two separate occasions, I was asked to come in, only to be informed upon arrival that Botox was not available. Additionally, there appears to be a lack of coordination, as patients are sometimes switched between doctors without prior notice or consent. That said, I would like to commend Dr. Noha for her professionalism and excellent technique. She truly stands out as a skilled and reliable practitioner within the clinic.

It’s bad , I have package laser , and trying to reach out to book appointment for this month they don’t answer . And be careful from reception ladies they will try their best to convince u to get lip filler and tell u u need little do this and this; please be careful they will try to make u rush and get it, don’t get it unless ur convinced 100percent. I think they have issue I can’t reach out to book appointment; tried to call no answer, reached out on insta don’t answer I will show up in clinic. Very bad ..

This center has being closed for a month and more , no possible way to contact them, I’ve went to check the center 2 weeks ago and it’s closed doors are locked they have an issue, I’ve pre paid for 4 sessions and i only did one i need to complete the rest of the sessions , ATM i don’t know what to do yet ,if anyone can advise please let me know , this is really frustrating.

The dr is good but the approach of reception is really unprofessional and very commercial. This is my 3rd time coming to the clinic and the receptionist follows you to the waiting room and starts pointing out things in your face and recommending stuff. You’re not a Dr. kindly do your job and notify the patients of offers only by the reception and stop recommending things to patients that dont need it! It was really awkward as there were other patients at the waiting room listening to her point out unnecessary things and pushing offers.
