Kaya Skin Clinic – Mazyad Mall Branch, Abu Dhabi

One of the best cosmetic clinics I have visited and the best cosmetic doctor for injections is Dr. Vivek, he is wonderful and what I liked about him is that his work is without exaggeration and very natural. The nurse Gagandeep is very cooperative and kind, and the employee at the reception is the kind Naira and Heba and all the wonderful and very cooperative staff. I will continue with them, they are the best for sure. Many thanks to all of them.

I had an amazing experience at Kaya Clinic in Mazyad Mall! I did a laser session and a facial, and both were beyond excellent. The machines are advanced, the service is outstanding, and the staff are super friendly and professional. Honestly, the prices are more than fair for the quality you get – I even got a great discount on the package I purchased. I truly loved the whole experience and highly recommend them

Poor after-sales service with zero accountability and a whole lot of lying from their side(from the front desk). When waiting for my appointment, they sent multiple clients in during my appointed time. They have no proper system to track appointments, there are no established prices for the treatments nor will you get any receipts from them. I asked them to cancel my pending Tabby payment(haven't made use of all my treatments) and they strung me around for weeks telling they'll contact their management and get back to me. They didn't call me back regarding this matter. A bit of advice for people who care: don't make the mistake I made and do try to avoid using Tabby/similar payment methods as much as possible and pay out of your existing balance. Tabby will not help you with anything, they won't even try to contact the 'merchant side' like they claim to. As a final note, I would advise to opt for other skin clinics where there is actual bookkeeping and transparency. :)

I am beyond disappointed by my experience at Kaya. This is the SECOND time they have managed to DAMAGE my hair with their soft light laser. My hair is burned and falling out now. After the first incident, they offered “free sessions" as compensation, but the damage happened AGAIN during the supposed fix. I came here seeking treatments, not further problems. The incompetence and lack of care are astounding. They refuse to take responsibility, refuse a refund, and they want me to pay and start hair repair sessions after THEY damaged it. All they care about is the money. Worst experience!

It's awful experience , the staff don't know what they're doing. The Drs comment on my face in a very unprofessional way , I came to ask about laser, when I met the Dr she said I must have came for my sever discoloration and dull skin And that something had to be done about it and I'm still young I shouldn't look like this. Still , I booked for laser based on their supposed good results and they didn't tell me anything about what to avoid or prepare for it before or after the session. Few days after the sessions the hair grows back like nothing and after the 3rd session I realized they're using the lowest settings and it was basically doing nothing for 3 months . Final results after I did 6 months of laser , 3 weeks after my last one , my hair is still growing back and thicker than it originally was. Don't waste your money and time on service that doesn't deliver.
