Parking here is almost impossible to find—even though they offer valet service, not everyone feels comfortable handing over their car. I had called ahead and booked an appointment, and was clearly informed that they offer insurance coverage for UAE nationals. However, after spending 20 minutes looking for parking and then waiting another 20 minutes inside, I was suddenly told that they do not offer insurance coverage for consultations for UAE nationals. This was a complete contradiction to what I was told over the phone. The lack of proper communication and disregard for clients’ time was extremely disappointing. Highly not recommended. This was my first and definitely last time visiting this place.

Updated Review 28-May-2025 3sessions Halo laser, botox, skin booster, undereye PRP all done with Dr. Mouza. I see a tremendous improvement on my scar and it’s getting better everyday. I truly admire Dr. Mouza’s skill snd expertise. Definitely my go-to derma clinic in Abu Dhabi!❤️ My Halo Laser/Micropeel Laser Journey with Dr. Mouza for Scar Treatment 14-Mar-25 - Consultation: Clinic charges 400+ for the consultation alone but gets waived when you avail of their service/s. Salma was very friendly and welcoming. She explained to me well their packages. It’s ramadan so they have really very good offers. I was seen by Dr. Mouza on time for my appointment. No waiting. Dr. is very accommodating. Felt comfortable discussing my concern with her and she clearly explained to me the treatment plan - halo laser and microlaser peel combo. 3 sessions. Package costs 2500+AED and they accept Tabby. This is a very reasonable price for me as other clinics I asked cost more. Dr. also gave me pre-treatment instructions. Overall Experience: 10/10 24-Mar-2025 - Session 1 Halo Laser I went to the clinic with a clean face. No moisturizer or powder or anything. I was greeted by the friendly receptionist and a nurse. Preparation: Numbing cream was applied and the nurse kept checking on me for any discomfort (which I did not feel any). While waiting for the effect, Dr. Mouza came to see me, asked if I have any questions about the procedure. I asked few and she clearly gave me answers. 30-40mins later, nurse gently removed/cleaned the numbing cream on my face. Treatment proper: I was moved to another room where the laser machine was. Dr. showed and explained to me the machine to be used. Checked my face where the scars were. Laid down on the bed and was informed when the treatment was about to start. Contrary to what I have watched and read, surprisingly the treatment was not painful at all and I did not feel any discomfort during the treatment. Session lasted around 30mins. Post-care treatment was discussed to me by Dr. The nurse had this cooling fan on my face for few minutes to lessen the burning sensation which I can say was bearable. I manage to drive home safely. Applied Mebo immediately when I got home as instructed by Dr. 5minutes after Mebo application, the burning sensation amazingly disappeared! I did not even had to use the handheld fan and the cooling face roll I bought. Overall Experience: 10/10 25-Mar-25 - Day 1 post-treatment It’s now Day 1 post treatment and the redness already subsided. I only see patches of redness now. No pain. No discomfort. Washed my face with mineral water, applied Mebo and sunscreen. Now about to WFH.👩‍💻 I am scheduled for a return visit with Dr. after 3days. Parking: Free Valet so very convenient for clients with car. I will try to update this review for the result. But based on my experience so far, I highly recommend this clinic. The place and the staff are just amazing.❤️ Follow-up with Dr. Mouza - 27-Mar-25 3days after my 1st session, I revisited Dr. for the evaluation of my post-laser skin condition. My skin is healing well. We compared the pre and post laser pictures she took. I see a positive response of my skin and my scars to the treatment and I was told that this will even get better in 1-3mos time. I truly appreciate Dr. for her knowledge and expertise. She truly cares in resolving my skin concerns. She recommended to me the best products to use and was advised of the do’s and dont’s again to achieve the best result. I also expressed my other concerns on my undereye and she had recommended another personalized treatment plan to address them. I love the idea that she offers only the best treatments to address my specific concerns and not to lure me in buying so many treatments. I was given a good offer to resolve/improve my undereye concern. Im truly impressed with their service that I recommended them to a friend who also availed of their halo laser package.🥳 Can’t wait to see the halo glow to shine in and my friend soon!🏻 Another 10/10 experience with Dr. Mouza and the team.

I was really struggling with patchy beard growth and had almost given up. But after visiting Dr. Mouza, everything changed. She knew exactly what treatment I needed, and I started seeing visible results in just a few sessions. My beard is now fuller, healthier, and finally growing evenly. Can’t thank her enough!

Very Disappointed – Not Recommended I had a Halo laser treatment here almost 2 months ago, recommended by Dr. Mouza to help with hyperpigmentation and boost collagen. Instead, my skin looks worse—more pigmentation, sagging, and loss of volume. I’m 36 and have never seen my skin in such bad condition. When I returned to the clinic, I was told the laser “works from within,” which was never explained before. The doctor promised a prescription cream to help, but after nearly 4 weeks and constant follow-ups, I still haven’t received it. This has been a deeply disappointing and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I had a good experience and i love how comprehensive and sensitive the laser practitioner , Lovely , was to my specific laser hair removal needs❤️ also the patient coordinator Salma was really nice. Overall affordable and quality care offered here for LHR.
